Software development

Mobile apps, web apps and the backends behind them, built by the engineer who will still be answering your messages a year later.

What we build

  • Mobile apps

Native iOS in Swift and SwiftUI when the platform matters: widgets, Live Activities, HealthKit, ARKit. Flutter or React Native when one codebase for iOS and Android is the better trade.

  • Web apps and sites

Next.js and Node.js on PostgreSQL. Marketing sites, customer portals, admin panels, storefronts.

  • AR and 3D

Product placement in the room, try-before-you-buy, 3D configurators. ARKit, ARCore and WebGL, including the parts the SDKs don't do out of the box.

  • APIs and integrations

GraphQL and REST APIs, partner data feeds, payments, auth, and the admin tools to run it all.

How we work

  1. 01

A weekly demo of working software, from week two.

  2. 02

Tests and CI from the first commit. We don't ship what we can't rerun.

  3. 03

You own the code and the accounts. Repositories, stores and servers are in your name.

  4. 04

We handle App Store and Google Play submission, including the review back-and-forth.

How a project runs

  1. 01

    Discovery

One to two weeks. We agree what to build, what not to build, and what "done" means.

  2. 02

    Design

Flows and screens in a shared canvas. You see every state before a line of code.

  3. 03

    Build

Weekly demos of working software. Tests and CI from week one.

  4. 04

    Launch & grow

Store submission, hosting, analytics. Then content and campaigns, if you want them.

Questions we get

How long does an app take?
A focused first version takes eight to sixteen weeks from discovery to store submission. We give you a range after discovery, not before.
Who owns the code?
You do, from the first commit. Everything lives in repositories and accounts under your name.
Do you maintain apps after launch?
Yes, on a monthly retainer sized to the app. OS updates, store requirements and small features are covered.
Can you take over an existing codebase?
Usually. We start with a paid two-day review and tell you plainly whether it's worth continuing.

Have an app or a site in mind?

A short description is enough. We reply within two working days.
